Sailor Neptune
This is Sailor Neptune's original form, first glimpsed
in Act 24, Volume 7 and fully appearing in Act 25, Volume 8. Her fuku (clothing) is characterized
by her sea-green skirt, laced-up heels, collar, and wrist-length gloves edged with the same green.
The gems on her earrings resemble miniature planet Neptunes, and likewise that of the one on her choker.
When she arrives she is already equipped with her Deep Aqua Mirror,
one of the three talismans. As Sailor Neptune, she uses Deep Submerge,
which first appears in Act 26, Volume 8. Her mirror is put to use with Submarine Reflection,
which appears in Act 31, Volume 9. To become Sailor Neptune, she shouts Neptune Planet Power.

Super Sailor Neptune
Although never called as such in the Manga, this is Sailor Neptune's second transformation which occurs
in Act 33, Volume 10. When she transforms into this form her shoulder protectors grow transparent "wings"
on the bottom most one, and the bow on the small of her back grows longer in the train. Her gloves also
grow to reach her elbows, her brooch changes to the shape of a heart, and the gem on her choker changes
into a star. In order to transform into Super Sailor Neptune, she shouts Neptune Crystal Power.

Sailor Star Neptune
In Act 42, Volume 15, Sailor Neptune becomes Sailor Star Neptune (Eternal Sailor Neptune) by shouting
(still) Neptune Crystal Power. As Sailor Star Neptune, her skirt
gains another layer and her belt becomes two-tiered. Her gloves grow to above her elbows, and her top
most shoulder protectors become rounded poofs. The train on the bow on her back becomes narrower, and
stars replace the gem on her choker and on her tiara. Her brooch also takes the shape of a star, and her
ribboned heels become white knee-high high-heeled boots with green edging. As Sailor Star Neptune in Act 43,
Volume 16, she uses her violin in a new attack, Submarine Violin Tide.

Sailor Uranus
Sailor Uranus first appears alongside Sailor Neptune in Act 25, Volume 8, yet initially posing as
another Tuxedo Mask (Tuxedo Uranus?).
Unlike her companion, Sailor Uranus has no decoration on her choker. Her earrings are gold hoops, and
she wears blue ankle-boots that match the blue in the rest of her costume. Uranus arrives equipped with
her talisman, the Space Sword. As Sailor Uranus she attacks with
World Shaking and Space Sword Blaster,
which first appear in Act 26, Volume 8. She becomes Sailor Uranus by saying Uranus Planet Power.

Super Sailor Uranus
Sailor Uranus' second transformation appears in Act 33, Volume 10. Like the other senshi's costumes in this form,
Super Sailor Uranus' brooch changes to the shape of a heart, her gloves reach her elbows, the train on her bow
lengthens, her shoulder protectors grow transparent "wings", and a star with a gem in the center appears on her
choker. In order to transform into this form she shouts Uranus Crystal Power.

Sailor Star Uranus
Sailor Star Uranus (Eternal Sailor Uranus) appears in Act 42, Volume 15. In this form her ankle boots
are replaced with white knee-high boots edged with blue, her top most shoulder protectors become poofed,
she gains another layer of skirt, and stars replace the oval gem on her tiara and her brooch. She uses
the attack Space Turbulence in Act 43, Volume 16. She transforms into
Sailor Star Uranus by saying Uranus Crystal Power, the difference of
course being a star that appears on her chest.
