Sailor Neptune
Her first senshi form, Michiru Kaiou transforms into Sailor Neptune before the start of Sailor Moon S. In episode 106 we learn that she has been Sailor Neptune for some time, as she was awakened before Sailor Uranus. She is first glimpsed from the shadows of a tree in Ep. 90 and makes her first full appearance as Sailor Neptune in Ep. 92.
Super Sailor Neptune
Super Sailor Neptune appears in Ep. 167 of Sailor Moon Stars with the aid of baby Hotaru's power after the second threat of Queen Nehelenia. This form is stronger than her previous one, and she is able to use her talisman, the mirror, in attacks.
Deep Submerge
This is Sailor Neptune's first attack which is first shown in Ep. 90 and fully appears in Ep. 92. In this attack Sailor Neptune uses the powers of the deep to attack the enemy. Her attack is shaped like a glowing planet Neptune.
Submarine Reflection
Sailor Neptune's second attack utilizes her Deep Aqua Mirror to blast a beam of light at the enemy. The mirror can also reflect an enemy's weakness and can see through any tricks. It first appears in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie and later on in the anime when Super Sailor Neptune appears. As such, this attack is thought to coincide with Super Sailor Neptune moreso than Sailor Neptune, yet in the movie she is not yet Super Sailor Neptune.
Sailor Uranus
Sailor Uranus is first seen as a mysterious soldier in Episodes 90 and 91, and it isn't until Ep. 92 that we see her clearly. In Ep. 106 we first see Sailor Uranus' transformation. In episode 106 we also learn that she was second after Sailor Neptune to awaken as a senshi, and that she had been dreaming of Sailor Neptune prior to her becoming Sailor Uranus.
Super Sailor Uranus
Sailor Uranus powers up to Super Sailor Uranus in Ep. 167 when she receives more power from baby Hotaru as she awakens as Saturn. As Super Sailor Uranus she is stronger than her previous form, and uses her talisman, the sword, to attack her enemies.
World Shaking
Sailor Uranus' first attack is used in Ep. 90 and fully appears in Ep. 92. In this attack Uranus shakes the earth with a heavenly might, and an orb shaped like the planet Uranus races toward the enemy with an earth-shattering might.
Space Sword Blaster
This is Sailor Uranus' second attack which first appears in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. In it she uses her talisman, the Space Sword, to pelt sword-like blasts at the enemy. It is more powerful than her previous attack and is generally associated with Super Sailor Uranus.
